In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register and use the fio77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
2. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use.
4. You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity in relation to your Account.
5. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute and where accessing such services constitutes a criminal offence under local law.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of fio77 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
7. You have not previously been self-excluded from fio77 or had an Account terminated for breach of These Terms.

fio77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account that does not satisfy these requirements. Any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility may be voided at fio77's sole discretion.

To access fio77 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide:

• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number in the +62 format, which will serve as your primary account identifier and OTP verification channel.
• A unique username of your choosing, subject to fio77's content guidelines.
• A secure password of at least 8 characters combining alphanumeric and special characters.
• Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older and have read and accepted These Terms in full.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on the fio77 Platform. Creating or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of These Terms. fio77 employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified:

• All duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any balances held across duplicate Accounts, including Real Money Funds, may be forfeited at fio77's discretion pending investigation.
• Legitimate Real Money Funds (i.e., deposits that have not been subject to any bonus abuse or fraudulent activity) will be returned to the verified source payment method after investigation.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fio77 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be prompted to complete the KYC process before your first withdrawal. KYC documentation required includes:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note displaying your fio77 username and the current date.
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet nominated for withdrawal (e.g., screenshot of account name matching your KTP).

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). fio77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing due diligence obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. fio77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. You agree to:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your Account security settings and strongly recommended.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify fio77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

All deposits to fio77 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Individual payment methods may carry higher minimums.
• Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• fio77 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any international wire transfer not denominated in IDR.
• fio77 charges no deposit processing fees. Any fees applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the depositing User.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon receipt of confirmed payment notification from the payment provider. Bank transfers typically credit within 1–5 minutes; e-wallet deposits credit instantly.

5.2 Deposit Source

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are legitimately yours, are not proceeds of criminal activity, and are not subject to any legal encumbrance or restriction. fio77 reserves the right to request proof of funds at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Withdrawals from fio77 are processed exclusively in IDR to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as the fio77 Account holder. fio77 charges zero fees on all withdrawals.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your KTP and fio77 Account.
• Only Real Money Funds that have cleared any applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that have not yet met rollover conditions are not withdrawable.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within 5 minutes for bank transfers and instantly for e-wallets. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the next available processing window.

6.2 Withdrawal to Correct Source

fio77 applies a return-to-source policy: where operationally possible, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists as a fraud-prevention measure. If your nominated withdrawal method is no longer accessible, contact support to complete an alternative payment verification process before a withdrawal can be approved.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. VIP Programme members are eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits in accordance with their tier benefits. fio77 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds.

fio77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds to your Account Wallet and are clearly labeled as such within the Wallet interface.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement which must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period without compensation.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, free bets and bonus funds apply to the game categories specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds in ineligible game categories may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Each bonus offer is available to one eligible Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• fio77 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Users who have accepted an offer in good faith prior to the modification.

7.2 Abuse of Promotions

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent fio77's bonus or promotional offers — including but not limited to collusion with other players, use of software to systematically identify and exploit offers, or registering multiple Accounts to claim a single offer more than once — constitutes a material breach of These Terms. fio77 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and deposits associated with abusive behaviour and to permanently close the Accounts involved.

All bets placed through fio77 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the Platform interface. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. All confirmed bets are final.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game type and sports market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of placing the bet. fio77 reserves the right to adjust these limits without notice.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical failure, data feed errors, clear pricing errors, event cancellation, or abandonment of a sporting event without a result being determined. Voided bets are refunded to the User's Wallet at the staked amount.
• Palpable Errors: fio77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or under conditions that represent a clear and manifest error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the User's Wallet.
• Result Disputes: The result of any game or sporting event as determined by the official governing body, or by fio77's designated data provider in the absence of an official determination, is final and binding for settlement purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fio77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity of any kind.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, software, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in poker, Domino QQ, and other player-versus-player formats.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another User's Account, or to any back-end system operated by fio77.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any suspected bug or error must be reported to support immediately; exploiting it constitutes a breach of These Terms.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded, or assisting a self-excluded individual in accessing the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward fio77 staff or other Users through any communication channel.

All content on the fio77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fio77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with These Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without prior written authorization from fio77.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the fio77 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by fio77 without explicit written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website without written authorization.

fio77's collection, use, storage, and handling of your personal data is governed by the fio77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of These Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, fio77 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, service improvement, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. fio77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios as necessary to deliver fio77 services.

fio77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible at any time from the Account dashboard, without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend deposit and betting access for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. Takes effect immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the fio77 Platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and cannot be reversed by contacting support during that period.

fio77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fio77 reasonably believes that:

• The User has breached any provision of These Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal purposes.
• KYC verification requirements have not been satisfied within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continuing to maintain the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to fio77.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of These Terms, fio77 will conduct an investigation to determine the appropriate treatment of any remaining balance. Confirmed Real Money Funds that are not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the verified source payment method. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

A User may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting fio77 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be transferred to the User's verified payment method before the Account is closed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fio77, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the fio77 Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Any third-party content, games, or services accessible through the Platform.
• Any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

fio77's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or related to These Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit fio77's liability for death or personal injury caused by fio77's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

fio77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fio77 will provide Users with advance notice via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notification on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the fio77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of fio77 as an internationally licensed operator.

In the event of a dispute between fio77 and a User, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through fio77's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting fio77 customer support in writing. fio77 will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

Where internal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated by fio77's licensing authority. The outcome of such escalation is binding on fio77. fio77 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific national court for the resolution of disputes arising from Platform use.
